WHEN?

EQUIPMENT:
PHASE 1: No equipment required. *Optional: Loop resistance band if you need to progress.
PHASE 2 & 3:
- Loop resistance band
- Dumbbells OR Kettlebells (weight depends on your tolerance but one set of light intensity dumbbells and another set of medium intensity dumbbells would work.)
- 1 long resistance band or tube. *Can also use one light dumbbell to do the same movement.
*OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:
- Yoga Mat & Towels
- Workout Bench. *Use kitchen chair/stool as alternative option
- Step Up Box *Can use the stairs as alternative option.

CAN I DO THIS PROGRAM FROM HOME?
- I designed it exactly for that! Phase 1 requires no equipment, and Phase 2 & 3 require minimal equipment (as listed above).
- In the bonus section I added exercises you can do at your desk!
WHAT AGES CAN DO THIS PROGRAM?
- All ages! There are modifications to make the exercise easier or more challenging!
- It is LOW IMPACT and has no jumping or plyometric exercises.
DOES THE PROGRAM HAVE MOBILITY EXERCISES?
- YES! I have included mobility exercises for your upper, mid, low back, hips, groin, and pelvis!
- BONUS SECTION- has desk mobility exercises & warm up/ cool down exercises!
WHAT IF I HAVE PAIN OR CURRENTLY HAVE AN INJURY?
- This is a perfect time to start the program! Phase 1 is focused on reducing pain, improving mobility, and has lots of modifications!
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE PAIN OR AN INJURY?
- This is the best time to improve any restrictions, muscle imbalances, or postural issues to help prevent future injuries!
WHAT FITNESS LEVEL IS THIS FOR?
- All fitness levels! Not only are there lots of modifications, but also lots of progression options, especially in the Follow Along Workouts. You can also choose the level of intensity by deciding what resistance you want to use. Also, beneath every exercise there is a comment box where you can ask me a question and I will respond in < 24 hours!
HOW CAN I USE THIS PROGRAM IN MY DAILY ROUTINE?
- If you do it one time a day, & its fast & only 15 minutes! Or you can spread your exercises out through the day, so that every hour you choose on exercise (3 x 30 seconds) and are moving more frequently in your day!
HOW LONG WILL THE WORKOUTS TAKE?
- 15-20 min! To quickly fit into your busy day!
IS THIS A SUPPLEMENT TO MY REGULAR ACTIVITIES?
- You can supplement the program with your regular workouts. You'll be amazed how the back program opens you up which will allow you to get more out of your lifts! Keep in mind Phase 3 is more challenging and has increased loads so you may have to choose which you prefer in the last few weeks.
IS THERE ANY CAUTION BEFORE USING THIS PROGRAM?
- Anyone that had surgery in the last 10 weeks should not use this program.
